HERITAGE CIDER – A strong, semi-dry cider made from pure Mörschwiler Tobiässler apples from the Schildknecht family. Fermented in a pressure tank with a special champagne yeast, this convincingly refines the long-lasting finish and produces the pleasantly sparkling carbonic acid. The Tobiässler is a variety of the cultivated apple Malus domestica.

It is a well-growing apple tree, blooms mid-late and is said to come from the Baselland. Today it is found mainly in eastern Switzerland and is used as a cider apple.
